We offer graduates a high-quality training and personalised development programme to develop their technical and consulting skills and knowledge.
As a mid-sized organisation, we are able to expose our graduates to exciting opportunities both in the UK and internationally. Yet, we are small enough to let them see how a business works, use their initiative and make a real contribution.
Each graduate is allocated a graduate mentor manager over a two-year period, who works with them to support the induction process and their subsequent career development. During this first two years, we provide our graduates with the chance to get involved with a variety of client projects across the UK, with opportunities for secondment and office rotation. Their first pieces of work are likely to be under the supervision of more experienced consultants, however with progression, our graduates take on increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
At AREVA RMC, we offer a number of entry-level graduate posts each year.
Ideally we are seeking graduates and young professionals with the following qualifications and the motivation and commitment to begin a career in nuclear:
We also offer posts for graduates looking to develop a career in Human Factors, with a degree level qualification in Ergonomics or related subject.
We expect our graduates to be analytical, IT literate, to have good organisational and writing skills, with a strong eye for detail, and to enjoy working as part of a team. Above all, you will have a desire to deliver high quality work and collaborate with some of the best people in the industry.
In return we offer a competitive salary, a flexible approach to working hours and a great benefits package (including BUPA and an excellent pension scheme).
